2 lbs 85/15 lean ground beef
2 packets taco seasoning
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
28 oz canned diced tomatoes, undrained
1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup corn kernels

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
Dice the onions into uniform pieces.
Combine the cooked beef, onions, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and beef broth inside the slow cooker.
Stir in the taco seasoning packets until the ingredients are thoroughly coated.
