1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
8 large all-purpose tortillas
1 cup cheese jack (optional)
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
