2 red bell peppers (halved for even char)
1 large yellow onion (sliced in wedges)
1012 wooden skewers (soaked in water 30 minutes)
3/4 cup plain yogurt (non-fat or Greek)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lemons (juice of 2)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Whisk yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a bowl
Skewer chicken and veggies alternately, leaving space between pieces
Preheat grill: 350–400°F hot zone for charcoal or gas grill
