A Mexican-inspired casserole layers seasoned chicken, beans, and melted cheese with crushed Dorito chips for a crunchy twist. Bold flavors and minimal effort make this dish perfect for a crowd.

Ingredients

Dorito Tortilla Chips, crushed
Ground Chicken
Canned Black Beans, drained
Salsa
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Diced Tomatoes
Green Onions, chopped
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
Crush 1.5 cups Dorito chips into small pieces
Spread crushed chips evenly in the dish
Cook 1 lb ground chicken in a skillet until browned; season with salt and pepper
Transfer cooked chicken to dish and flatten
Top with drained black beans, 1 cup salsa, and half the diced tomatoes
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over the mixture
Add a second layer of crushed chips
Spread remaining salsa (1/2 cup) on top
Sprinkle remaining cheese
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden
Let cool slightly before serving (optional garnish: green onions)
