1 lb Ground Beef (85/15 lean)
1 medium Onion, diced
2 packets Taco Seasoning
1 can (15 oz) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) Corn, drained
1 can (28 oz) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
32 oz Beef Broth

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
Drain the excess fat from the pot.
Add the diced onion to the beef and sauté until translucent and soft.
Stir the taco seasoning packets into the beef mixture until well incorporated.
Pour the diced tomatoes, beef broth, beans, and corn into the pot.
Bring the liquid to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes to allow the spices to meld.
